At Akilah’s Loc Lounge, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases—such as medical emergencies, sudden illness, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions—we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation individually and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness to all clients. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our commitment to excellent service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
